Stumbled across this girls AMAZING paper work, Yulia Brodskaya.
I think this makes quilling quite a grown up pursuit. I really like how she cuts through the soft waves with hard edged text and continues the curve as though it was never interrupted. Can you imagine how hard that would be? I can't even fold a paper fan with consistent pleats.... !

Light and Shadows

Really like the work by Annie Dover.
She is self taught! I hope to paint like this one day. I like work that is clean like this and has a lot of light and shadow interest. The wall in the restaurant going from blue to green is so great.
